3.Store, payments and invoicing
Tebex Limited acts as Merchant of Record and reseller of the digital products offered in the store. Tebex enters into the sales contract with the buyer and handles checkout, payment collection, the invoice or receipt, and applicable taxes, including VAT where applicable. Linesia provides technical supply on the server. See the Terms of Sale.
4.Intellectual property
Original elements of the Linesia website and services—including text, visuals, logos, graphic creations, resource packs, code and databases—are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. Except where permitted by law or expressly authorised, their reproduction, adaptation, extraction or reuse is prohibited.
Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. Linesia is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Discord, Tebex, Microsoft and other trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners.
5.Liability
The publisher takes reasonable care to keep published information accurate and current. It may correct errors and temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, security or a technical incident. External websites remain under the responsibility of their respective publishers.
