Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) define the conditions for accessing and using the linesia.net website (the “Site”) and the services related to the Linesia Minecraft Bedrock server (the “Server”), together the “Services”, published by the Linesia team (“we”). By accessing the Services, you fully accept these Terms.

By using the Services, the user acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms. We may amend them at any time to reflect changes to the Services or to applicable law. The version in force is the one published on this page; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

The Site is freely accessible. The Server is playable through Minecraft Bedrock at play.linesia.net. We strive to ensure continuous (24/7) availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access: maintenance, technical incidents or force majeure may cause interruptions.

Linesia is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.

Some features require authentication via your Microsoft/Xbox account (players) or Discord (staff). The link between your web account and your in-game account is made through your Xbox identifier (XUID). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account.

When using the Services, you agree to comply with the Server and Discord rules, and in particular not to:

• cheat: use of unauthorized cheats, exploits, macros or bots;
• harass others or post hateful, discriminatory or unlawful content;
• impersonate another player, a staff member or a third party;
• disrupt the operation of the Services (spam, flood, attacks);
• evade a sanction or attempt to access unauthorized areas;
• post or share unlawful content or content contrary to these Terms.

Any breach of these Terms or of the rules may result in a warning, mute, kick, or temporary or permanent ban, without refund of any purchases made. Sanctions are applied at the team's discretion; an appeal remains possible through support.

You may submit content (support tickets, applications, messages). You warrant that you hold the rights to it and grant us a license strictly necessary to process your request. We may remove any unlawful content or content contrary to these Terms.

Virtual goods (gems, ranks, cosmetics) are offered through the store. Sales are operated by our payment provider Tebex and governed by the Terms of Sale.

The Site, its design, texts, logos, resource packs, code and databases are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or reuse without prior authorization is prohibited. Third-party trademarks mentioned (Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft, Discord, Tebex) belong to their respective owners.

The Services are provided “as is”. We cannot be held liable for indirect damages, data loss or interruptions related to their use. You use the Services at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution (through support), any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts.
